Tandem Online is an Internet-based, online version of NRC's Tandem collection program. With Tandem Online, clients receive all of the usual benefits of the Tandem Program plus: Online account transmittal. This allows you to send accounts to NRC for collection with the click of a button. There are no mail-associated delays or expenses.

• Online account status updating. This allows you to process account status changes (payments, credits, deletions, etc.,) online.
• Online reporting. Audit your accounts online, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
• Online customer service and help. Get your questions answered quickly and without the expense of phone calls or mail delays.

There is no software to install, and you won't have to make any hardware changes to your organization's computer(s) to use Tandem Online. Also, because Tandem Online works over the Internet, all you need is an e-mail address and a modem to start using the service immediately. One of the best features about Tandem Online is that the online services are available at no additional cost (as compared to the fees for NRC's paper-based systems).
