Your company will be provided with straightforward, easy to understand pricing that has no hidden fees. You will have funds deposited into the account of your choice (no DDA). For the vast majority of companies there is no compensating balance required, so you are free to move your funds as you wish to interest bearing items or accounts.
We will work with your company to create a plan that works best for you based on factors such as numbers of transactions, transaction amounts and a number of other factors. Transaction costs can range from 15 cents per transaction to 67 cents per transaction for recurring ACH debits. Fewer returned items Because of our advanced ACH programming, experience and dedication to providing the best possible service, we not only don't hide fees, we help eliminate them. Many processors and banks do not have the capabilities to make the necessary adjustments to the transaction routing and account information before sending through the ACH network, therefore items are returned. What we do is "massage" the information transmitted, allowing the transactions to pass cleanly through the ACH network, thereby eliminating return items and their associated fees. For example: A typical batch of 20,000 transactions can find 700 of these transactions which should be altered. If not, many of these would end up as returned items. Our complex knowledge of what information needs adjustments, and how to perform these adjustments is a significant advantage to you.
